Welcome to ShipDip. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ShipDip platform, website, and services. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ShipDip is a digital logistics marketplace based in Jordan that connects importers and exporters (“Merchants”) with licensed freight forwarding companies (“Forwarders”). ShipDip provides the digital infrastructure to facilitate inquiries and pricing but is not a freight forwarder, carrier, or shipping agent.
Eligibility: To use ShipDip, you must be a legally registered business entity operating in Jordan.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including valid business documentation.
Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Inquiry Slots: Inquiries are submitted via “slots.” A standard inquiry remains live for 7 days to receive quotes.
Slot Cooling Period: Once an inquiry slot is used, it is closed for an additional 7 days unless the user is subscribed to a plan that provides additional open slots.
Decision Making: Merchants are responsible for reviewing and selecting the best shipping option based on the quotes received.
Licensing: Forwarders must maintain valid licenses to operate in Jordan.
Pricing: All quotes must be submitted in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) using the standardized pricing structure provided by the platform.
Subscription: Access to live inquiries is subject to the Freight Forwarder’s chosen subscription plan.
Plans: ShipDip offers various subscription plans (Freemium, Basic, Standard, Premium, Pro) for Merchants and specific annual plans for Forwarders.
Fees: Users agree to pay all fees associated with their chosen plan as described on the Pricing Page.
No Refunds: As per our Refund Policy, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused inquiry slots, early termination, or dissatisfaction with service results.
Fair Play: Users must interact professionally and provide truthful information.
Rating System: Merchants may rate the service quality of Forwarders after shipment confirmation. ShipDip reserves the right to remove ratings that are found to be fraudulent or malicious.
Third-Party Services: ShipDip does not guarantee the performance, safety, or legality of the shipping services provided by Forwarders. Any disputes regarding the physical shipment must be resolved directly between the Merchant and the Forwarder.
Indirect Damages: ShipDip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the platform.
ShipDip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in behavior that harms the integrity of the marketplace.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan.
