Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments and subscriptions on the ShipDip platform. By subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. Finality of Payments

All payments made to ShipDip are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription tiers for both Merchants (Freemium, Basic, Standard, Premium, Pro) and Freight Forwarders.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Once a subscription plan or service is activated, ShipDip will not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused Inquiry Slots: Merchants who do not utilize their monthly or yearly inquiry slots are not entitled to a refund or credit.

  • Early Termination: No pro-rata refunds will be provided if a user decides to cancel their subscription or deactivate their account before the end of the billing cycle.

  • Performance Dissatisfaction: Refunds will not be issued based on the number of quotes received, the pricing offered by third-party forwarders, or general dissatisfaction with the results of a shipping inquiry.

  • User Error: We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases or duplicate inquiries.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be given for the remaining time in that period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is strictly “no-refunds,” ShipDip reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to evaluate exceptional cases (such as documented technical billing errors). Any such evaluation does not waive our right to enforce the standard no-refund policy in other instances.
